How fast is Cell exactly, because even though he is fast, he can't dodge everything, especially wide range mystical or cosmic blasts. How do you know that a godblast, that has damaged galactus, silver surfer, beta ray bill, and many others won't destroy cell and those weren't even fully powered. It's sad that you don't care about others' opinions, because that promotes growth and learning which is why most people debate.

Actually everyone (including myself) is speculating on which powers cell gets, as the OP didn't state whether he gets their full powers, partial powers, or just more energy like his absorption does to normal people.

That's the reason for power levels. A power level is a measurement of how much universal power can be stored within the user and what that user can generate. Let's say a gun has a power level of 5. It uses kinetic energy to project a bullet. A nuke of 24megatons is like 500 the power level (just saying). In the DBZ universe, the power level of 10,000 is enough to destroy a planet with chain reaction. Over that can destroy a planet completely; vaporizing it. Cell's power level is esimated to be 350,000,000. That means he can generate that much. Nothing higher then that. What I mean by "power reserves as the entire universe as his source" - I meant that he can collect more energy from it as a reserve. For example: He charges up a blast at it's fullest output. 350,000,000 While that 350,000,000 power is being shot out of his hands, the energy reserve of the ambient energy around him (ki) is being cycled to fill him back up again. However, Cell has a move where he doesn't need to use his own power to charge up. It's really slow, and he gets it from Goku. This is one part of his energy manipulation where he can control energy fields at different sources. Ki = any type of power the Spirit Bomb is an attack where Cell can collect an limitless amount of energy everywhere and concentrate it into a ball which grows as the energy is being collected. In time, He can collect power exceeding 350,000,000. But the reality of this in battle is improbable. Thor would have to be really distracted not paying attention to the Spirit Bomb and not preventing it. Unless.... If he had Xavier's power to distract Thor. P.S: Onslaught is Xavier "
I've never seen anyone at 10,000 bust a planet, maybe partially damage one, but still. Cell doesn't have inexhaustible sources of energy though I do understand and partially agree with your line of thinking on that. The TP is the only unanswered question of this battle, I don't see how it could get around Thor's cosmic and mystical powers/resistances, though if proof of his weakness is provided I might change my opinion. Onslaught isn't as powerful until he absorbed Nate Grey and Franklin.

Everything you have said has been refuted, but you want the last word, i guess you think that makes you win, but it doesn't. If you come into a debate unwilling to listen to others than there is no point in being there. If you provided logical evidence as to cell's win, then I would concede, but as you have yet to do that; I (and everyone else that posted here) believe thor will win this, not easily, but nonetheless still winning.
Well i agree that normal spidey is out if the lighting manage to hit him( don't forget he has got a danger-sense). But since the thread had change and we're using their most poerful appearance how the hell will Storm could even hurt him. Also how the hell could even someone could beat uni-power Hulk. Little has changed in making everyone at full power and thank you for confirming this, I was unsure whether you decided or rbysjti just assumed that and I completely agree about the spiderman point (I've always thought he could dodge a few of her bolts and get close, but that's speculation).

There is no prep and even then Wolverine is experienced and very tactical in his own right and with Spider-man's genius level intellect and Hulk's craftiness that puts it more in New FF's favor. Also in a eye to eye confrontation cyclops would be destroyed thoroughly by Ghost Rider.
