Do you expect a mall to be populated at 2 AM? And does it really matter how far apart they start?Is the mall populated? How far apart do they begin?
Regardless, morals/in character off means I'm likely giving this to team two. Too accurate, too fatal.
They're all skilled enough to find a good place to cover before they die.
Also keep in mind that Deadpool was doing pretty fine in his fights against Bullseye and that Domino also knows few tricks, so the team 2s accuracy shouldn't be game-breaking in this battle.
