Pretty much. When I heard Electro was announced, I wondered how they would deal with his aesthetics, and I feel like they handled that side as poorly as possible.

Looks fine to me.

Guys don't forget it's pre-CGI, when it's gonna be all finished it will look awesome with lightning and shit coming out everywhere.
