IE8 2 fold- When i try to upload images to ADD to a tp volume the window drops down but i no longer of the icons to upload at all, just empty space, and when i try to close the window i hear the clicks but nothign happens. I have to refresh the page and back out of the uploader in order to free IE. This also occurs when i try to upload images to my gallery.

@cgfcollector:
Well, i did a bit more digging , and from what I have found is that its not worth it for the VIP tickets. Long ago, from what I found, the VIP tickets allowed access to exlusive meet/greets, signings, early entry, content, and such. Now Cons are more of a "pop culture" event and all the pizaz  is just marketing and hype.

Anyone else agrees with this ?

My wife and I are planning to attend our first Comic Con in Austin. The information that we are gleaning from Wizards is vague at best. Aside from the ticket pricing, and I am assuming the aborbent food vending costs what else can we expect ?  I know there will be costumes, panels of various kinds, but I am curious about other aspects of the Con that I may not be aware of. I have emailed Wizard several times to get more information about their VIP ticketing, but not one email has been returned.  We are taking our 7 , and 6 year old so I am really interested in events, shows, and character meetings.  What has been the experiences in the past for a Wizard sanctioned/sponsored Con.

I know that these questions are best suited forthe sponsor but when all else fails, all I can go on is what they have done in the past. From what I understand the Con is generally held in Dallas. With poor census for the Dallas con it was abandoned by Wizard several years ago. Should this be a clue to what I might expect. A 1/2 hearted attempt to come back, or a major all out event ?
