Mind...I like the concept alot. And the name. Cream filling, too.

I dunno about Blockbuster...he feels like one of those visually interesting characters to use just a few times.

@kfhrfdu_89_76k: I'm of two minds about killing characters off. If the story calls for it, then it should happen, but I'm not a fan of killing off arch-nemeses. Will Eisner's Spirit originally had an arch foe named The Squid. The story eventually led to The Squid's death, but fan outcry made them realize they may have erred, and The Octopus came in to fill void, the characterizations being pretty much the same.

Torque had potential to be Nightwing's Joker. Maybe that was a problem, because Blockbuster was his Kingpin- not really sure. I'm not really sure what happened with Nightwing in general. Chuck Dixon and the writers after him had done a beautiful job of creating Bludhaven and a set of rogues for Nightwing, and DC just wiped it all out with Chemo as the bomb. I felt it was very shortsighted on their parts. Bludhaven wasn't some faceless city like the fictional country of Khandaq (wiped out by Cheshire, via nuke). It had been well developed. DC has a really odd way of killing off or ruining anything new added to the Bat-Family of characters. It's hard to add a rogue that doesn't die, Harley Quinn being a notable exception. Nightwing was becoming his own, standalone character, and DC nixed that and roped him back into the Bat-Fam. <sigh> None of that really matters now that they're in the New 52, but I still didn't like it.

That dude is eating a Hostess cake (or some other cake) when Iron man throws them in the air...did hethrow one for the boss, who unwrapped the package in record time and put the cake to his mouth? Probably, because the one who actually drives the car is the top priority, and has to be dealt with first. But...his hands are on the steering wheel...why didn`t he just drive on, if his hands were holding it?

Maybe I`m over reading in to that one. Or maybe the sponge cake ravelled his concentration so much that he did something that doesn`t make sense at all. Must be the latter.

Man, that`s one backwards dude.

That`s why I recommend complete stories: Give us a new character, show what you can and wanna with it/him/her etc. and kill it. That way, nobody else shall.
