Would U Buy It #37: "Superman Family: Year One"

We all have trade paperback (TPB) collections we'd like to see. Here's one of mine:

Proposed Title:Superman Family: Year One.
TPB Cover:Adventures of Superman Annual #7 or original cover.
Collecting 8 Issues:Superman Annual #7; Action Annual #7; Adventures of Superman Annual #7; Man of Steel Annual #4; Superboy Annual #2; Steel Annual #2; Doomsday Annual #1; Shadowdragon Annual #1.

Covers (click to enlarge):

........

Year One was the theme of the 1995 DC annuals. I threw in the Shadowdragon Annual, because Shadowdragon first appeared in Action Comics #707. As with Batman Family: Year One, I'd name this one Superman Family: Year One, in interest of keeping the Superman Family title current for DC.

For the cover, I don't honestly like any of these for a collected TPB, so maybe an original cover would be best. If I have to pick one though, I'd go with Adventures of Superman Annual #7.

Would you buy it? Let me know in the comments, and thanks for reading.

@cbishop: Cool...But why does it say year one?

@Primmaster64: See the line right under the covers.

I probably wouldn't buy it, but that's because I'm not that big of a Superman Family fan.

@Amegashita: I like Supes and fam, but they are all in sore need of good villains.

We need more pic on its image gallery...up to devianart!

@cbishop:  Yeah, that would probably take away some of my utter boredom at that entire family, and this whole grounded thing isn't helping my interest with the newest Superman series.

@Amegashita: I do not believe they are doing "Grounded" right after "War of the Supermen!"  Who thought it was a good idea to follow an epic battle story with the most boring idea possible?  "YOU WILL BELIEVE THAT A MAN CAN FLY!!!... unless he's walking across the country."  durrr, DC!

Could be pretty cool!

Wasn't the Doomsday one collected in "Doomsday Wars".. (maybe?)
Anyway, having Steel, Superbody and the others in a TPB could be neat^^
Question: Wasn't there a Supergirl (the 90s' one) Year one too?

A "DCU: Year one" for the last books could make a nice Volume 3, if those could be reprinted. (Deathstroke Year one, Aquaman Year one...)
There's also a 4 issues arc from the Guy Gardner On-going which basically was his own Year One story (that should have been reprinted as a TPB!! you hear us DC??)

Eyz: The Year One Annuals were 1995, and Supergirl's first annual from the 90's was 1996, for "Legends of the Dead Earth." I think I managed to fit the other DCU:YO suggestions into a WUBI somewhere (or, if I haven't, have it on my list to do so, once I have a computer up and running again). I agree about the Guy Gardner: Year One, as well as my favorite arc from that series, "Emerald Fallout."
