The CV Rating System Explained (for use with fan-fic)

CV's Fan-Fic Rating System, as explained in The_Poet's blog, Fan-Fic Rules.
RatedForExplanation
EEveryoneAppropriate for readers of all ages. May contain cartoon mischief and/or comic mischief, but absolutely no swearing, sexual themes, or inappropriate violence.
TTeenAppropriate for readers 12 and over. May contain mild violence, language, and/or suggestive themes.
T+Teen PlusFor readers 16 and up. May contain moderate violence, mild profanity (with symbols), graphic imagery or suggestive themes.
MMatureAppropriate for readers 18 and over. May contain extreme violence and cursing with symbols.

  • Your Fan-Fic must have a rating.
  • Ratings must be prominently displayed at the top of every post,
  • As well as a breakdown of the reason for this rating.
  • Please rate all stories appropriately.
  • Our rating system should familiar to all of you since you use it every time you pick up a comic book :D

I clipped The_Poet's explanation of the rating system, and created this blog, expressly for the purpose of linking to any fan-fic I do. I post the rating for each fan-fic at the top, and the word "Rating" is a link back to this page. If you'd like to make use of this, feel free. The rating isn't a big deal to some people, but CV has a wide age range of users, and for some of them, it's very important. It doesn't take long to do, so rate your works, and have fun with your fan-fics.
