The 2011 Thundercats remake seems to be gone I got his from the Toynews website...

Cartoon Network issued a press release for their upfronts yesterday, listing all their new and returning shows. On the new side:

• Nick Cannon Sketch Comedy Series
• Annoying Orange (yes, a show based on the YouTube video)
• DreamWorks Dragons: The Series (based on How to Train Your Dragon, which is fine)
• New LEGO Project
• Ben 10: Omniverse
• Beware the Batman
(the one with a gun-toting Alfred)
• Total Drama: Revenge of the Island

And the returning series...
• Adventure Time
• Regular Show
• MAD
• The Amazing World of Gumball
• The Looney Tunes Show
• Ninjago
• Level Up
• Star Wars: The Clone Wars
• Young Justice
• Johnny Test
• Pokémon
• Green Lantern: The Animated Series
• Almost Naked Animals
• Casper's Scare School
• Hero 108
• Scaredy Squirrel
• Sidekick

Notice anything missing from this list? Yeah, the ThunderCats are loose, and not in a good way. And since Bandai didn't have any new ThunderCats toys at the New York Toy Fair month, I think we can safely say that Cartoon Network is setting them in a box that says "FREE '80S PROPERTY" by the side of the road at some point in the near future. Sigh.

ah well....whatever, the activity on toonzone and other websites would suggest the age groups of Young Justice are more diverse than that of Adventure Time

Maybe, but who knows?

Yeah, there is no definite answer, Adventure time is insanely poplular, but so is Spongebob and kids shows of that nature, all kind of people watch it. I would figure that YJ is more popluar among a bigger demographic because of the subject matter....I mean comic fans will watch cartoons based on the characters they know into their 50's

eh, Young Justice appeals to most age groups, there are a lot of boards all over the internet where YJ is discussed by people in their 20's - 30's and older albeit, most probably have a comic reading background ...

Same goes with Adventure Time, my comrade.

can't say as much for Adventure Time

Just you are just ignorant of that fact.

@cattlebattle: :O I knew his voice sound familiar too! And yeah, I loved the surprise at the end between Artemis and Sports Master.
Another fun fact...the guy that Green Arrow and Artemis saved in the beginning of the episode had the last name Jones and had a young blonde daughter looking at Artemis with amazement

Arrowette, an actual member of Young Justice in the comics, who had the last name Jones whose father was a reporter.....So..there is an Arrowette cameo right there

Black Spider was voiced by Josh Keaton...the guy who voiced hi in Spectacular Spider-Man...both shows are/ were overseen by Greg Wiseman that is the reason of familiarity....

I always like Artemis centric episodes, they were some of the best of the first season

@cattlebattle: Do you mind being a bit more elaborate how would the FF win against the X-men, can I get one of your theories, please.

The only one that would lose to their....err... counterpart is Reed Richards, Sue trumps Jean, Thing over Colossus and Johnny over Iceman...they would overwhelm Cyclops in the end

I could say the same thing about Young Justice.

Young Justice trumps every cartoon on TV

Adventure Time still on TV...

Isn't that a show for children.....I don't know, Young Justice is just a cartoon that can appeal to most age groups and is a super hero show written better than most of the comics that are out right now...the animation is also very beautiful...not the best...but amazing nonetheless

For me, it depends. I liked Rogue for how original I perceived her in the comics I had. She was the team heavy hitter. Powerhouse. Tank. Colossus was as well, aside from not being able to fly, but he was huge musclebound dude. Plus made of armor lol So I liked the novelty of this this sassy, hot headed, teenage powerhouse. She wasn't wearing a flag, and she didn't have the morals of a person in their 50's. (this was young SC's view of things) lol and she still had her absorption powers and still used them, and was still badass (against Magus, Nimrod) and they do say that powers do not maketh the character, and that's true to some extent, but Rogues accentuated and aided her characteristics and personality tremendously. Whether it was her flying away in an emotional meltdown, to her being sassy and flirty as she would kiss the window pane of Air Force One during the middle of a softball game. She durability allowed her to be reckless and headstrong and was an easy way to avoid her being too powerful. She would rush into things without a proper plan. She could handle being punched into orbit... but get scared if it seemed like someone could touch her skin... great contrast, to demonstrate how such a small gesture could be so scary to someone who could have a building collapse on them and smile.  So I do like 80's Rogue (I say 80's Rogue because she had Ms Marvel's powers but they used their powers so differently, I mean, Carol had/has energy powers on top, and is a disciplined fighter, and Rogue is much more of a slugger and even the handbooks reflect that at the time she was stronger in strength - I mean... I don't really see either character weakening the other as far as originality here)

I love this explanation....fills me up with warm feelings. Rogue in the eighties was special, as you explained she was a wild child...in DC comics, they have had plenty of super strong, flying invulnerable teens over the years, the problem is...they only write their personalities from a teenage standpoint most of the time, when it comes to their abilities, they are just like the rest of the adult heroes as they are noble, stoic and seem to know what they can do. Rogue was very much what any teen would be like if they had that kind of power suddenly...completely reckless, unsure if they have any limits, boasting how invulnerable they are, not sure how strong they are etc....good stuff..

However, I am sticking to my original opinion and saying that I like a "default" powered Rogue. There were some instances in a couple of X-men animated shows where she was very useful. There was an episode of the latest cartoon where she absorbs a couple of Ninja assassins and starts wielding two ninja swords and kicking butt...I thought it was neat. I just felt when she had the super strength she just had the "fight the opposing teams strong man" standard, I think her without Ms. Marvels abilities allows writers to be more creative
