The entire justice league easily takes out surfer, so non factor there. But if you are saying that there is no weapon capable of defeating galactus, no spectre level character (which I take you to mean no one more powerful than galactus) and no PIS in general, then no point to the thread.

I'm a Marvel man myself, but the speed factor DC has over Marvel can't be ignored.  Without bringing in cosmic beings and similarly powered characters, it's hard for Marvel to compete with the speed factor.

Firstly lifting Thor's hammer isn't a strength feat as the hammer's enchantment let's anyone "worthy enough" capable of doing so.

Secondly beating one god does not equate to beating another. Case in point if someone was to beat Power Girl or Supergirl it doesn't mean that they would be able to beat Superman.

Third Hulk's feats of tagging Quicksilver are impressive, but there's a big speed gap between Quicksilver and Wonder Woman.

Finally even in a straight up fight I'd give Diana the edge in strength (Initially depending on whether or not the Hulk can surpass her. I know many will claim he can.) added that with her skill, speed and weaponry and she either ends this quickly or draws it out to make it fun.

Truth be told, Galactus could just consume all their life energy and leave them as dead husks, but these battle threads always devolve into something about speed blitzing & so and so smashed a planet!
 
Physical power has ZERO to do with this battle, none of the team could even affect the big G if he decided so.

Some of this depends on what incarnation of these two we are talking about, but overall...
