Being one of the most original ideas i've heard of in the whole x-men mythos i think it would be a good idea. I've watched the the show about the bunny ranch and if marvel ever wanted to have a title that departs from the whole pg 13 rating of most comics i think that would be a good place to start.

@Twentyfive: ok i kinda understand where your coming from but me personally, i dont see "kids" reading comics anymore. When i go into a comic shop i see teenagers and up buying comics, and if its ok for teens to play the most violent video games where people are getting shot and stabbed then it should be ok for a little reality in comics.

Hey,nice choice on lex and eric,i would put both of them in my top ten.

Ok ok mostly every comic i've ever read almost always have the hero winning. Even though i love the story i kinda hate that sometimes. i mean personnally i can relate to the villain more so than the hero. If u were granted a power or ability today or tomorrow what would u do go patrolling the streets at night looking for someone breaking the law or would you go figure out a way to put some money in your pocket,do something devious to your boss, make that hot little piece of @$$ u been dieing to get at want the stick. Comicviners please give me your opinions on this issue and tell me who your favorite villian is. Personally its between Dr. Doom and a 90's image era villain named DESPOT (check my avatar).

How can you say that,im still a fan of early 90's image. The exodus was an interesting time for the whole industry. Besides since i do kinda root for the villains more then the heros,my favorite villain other than doom came from that era...check my avatar pic.

I would have to go with marvel on all three catagories but when i have this conversation with people i always have to stress even tho overall i like marvel best, since im the type of person who relates to the villains,i have to go with DC's villains cuz its filled with murderous, raping, crazy "real life crime" types that win more often then marvel. How many times does a villains just keep on losing and just keep on coming back for more assshippings...at least in DC the villain does win, like in the real world.

I dont really look at wolverine as a great martial artist cuz like someone else pointed out,you never see him use it,he's a brawler its just that the healing factor gives him an edge.Good fighter yes but martial artist...hell no

I look at it like this...when u were a kid than yeah wolverine was one of the best characters out there but you get a lil older or start getting into other characters you want something thats speaks to that part of your brain that makes you a comic fan in the first place. The story lines in a fans favorite book/character is essentially an escape, for the time your reading those pages your not in your room or on the bus,you r there with the character. And the reason why a lot of fans start turning away from wolverine is there is no depth to his character anymore, i mean how many times do you wanna see berserker rage? He's like that uncle that has no kids but is still running around getting drunk and chasing tail, like yea thats fun and all but some point you have to grow up right.O K lets break it down a little further when he would just go ape nuts and tear some shyt up that was cool when you were a teenager cuz you could relate to that but now its like, ok i wanna see how spiderman/batman/constitine/jack of fable etc etc figures a way out of this current situation. He just doesnt appeal to the cerebral fans out there. I actually got in a heated debate with one of my friends last year about "who would win out of wolverine and cyclops". The whole dam near invincible thing just doesnt do for me at all anymore...thats why im into naruto and bleach now over DBZ. Lol i have actually spent time wondering "hmmm if i had my prefer'd "super power" and i got into a fight with him how would i defeat him?" I dont hate the guy its just...ive out grown him.
