Both would lose. Also Living Tribunal is not the most powerful character in Marvel, you have Pre-Recton Beyonder and MM who are more powerful for a start. From DC, Presence, Great Evil Beast, maybe Lucifer and Micheal working together.

I have read the brief events Heart of the Universe , Marvel End. The LT is the most powerful being that will ever be seen in Marvel, but LT was defeated by Thanos when he got The Heart of the Universe
 

 
I tried to find strong character under level The Presence ( TOAA DC ) can beat him.
 
I read in many places and found that, ZH Parallax Hal powerful than The Spectre.And he is one of the gods of DC. He beat Superman with a single hit, destroy and recreate the universe - a super-cosmic level reality warper god

Plutonian is a little too over-hyped here for me, i certainly dont see him as highly as most people do and before anyone ask, i have indeed read on Plutonian, in fact i am quite certain i have read ever single publication on him.

As per manipulating reality , that was a theory Modeus came up with and was in regards to what he would be if he actually understand his power better, something Plutonian neither does consciously nor has he ever done in a fight. The durability feat listed of him being punched with the power of a star however is genuine. He has more versatility than most superman characters (he is more like silver surfer). He neither has strength feat to match the best from Superman, not does he have any sort of quantifiable reaction feat, however given versatility he would like beat Superman.

Kal Kent is Superman grandchildren century 600, Everyone has the exact comments , but Sentry is a crazy personality . Superman is not crazy.

I see a lot of reviews of the Plutonian , this guy is quite strange for me , I had read some information about him , but I do not see him demonstrate the health and durability similar to SPM. His power depends on the ability to manipulate reality

For those who voted Plutonian, I do not know much about this guy, but I know some information, he has the ability to manipulate reality orreality warper (that's right!) If he level of the universeand overwhelming forces as Thanos or Darkseid !
