Bobby doesn't just make ice. He actually freezes molecules.
This fight depends on whether or not Bobby is at Omega levels. If he's Omega, there's really nothing Supes could do to him and vice versa, so it's a stalemate unless Bobby can somehow freeze Superman's brain, which I doubt.

None of the heroes need to get passed dooms shield.....you have people like eric doyle who can just make him turn them off using his ability..or micah and peter who can just turn off the machines that are making his shield...or idk.....just send doom shields and all intoa black hole
