After Spiderman 3, I could care less if they make another. I probably wouldn't see it, that movie just left such a bad taste in my mind's eye.

Iron Apollo says:

"GuardianAngel says:
"She got busted because there was no video for getting surprised by an attacker. She never saw Nicki in action, either. "

yeah but she kicked the dudes a$$ in the fast food place, she's seen plenty of pro wrestling, cause of her brother, since she got her power, as well as other fighting on tv, she should have kicked some a$$!"

I thought of that for a split second, but anyone who knows anything about martial arts will realize this: it doesn't teach you how to dodge a hail of bullets. A teacher (sensai) once asked what would to do when faced with a gun said "Hand over your wallet." Unless she sees someone dodge a bullet, let alone a hail of bullets, what muscles is she going to mimic exactly? Plus, she is new to this stuff, so she still has a lot to learn, like watching someone trained in CQB, hand to hand, stealth, tracking, weapons training... and the list goes on. Youtube videos can only carry her so far. Plus, ever notice that number of the things she can accomplish is similar to Nikki, in that Parkour aka Free Running (and entertainment wrestling) requires strength as well as balance, agility, and control. Nikki seemed more than just "strong", she was competent in all manner of actions, not just strong arming a problem.

Would her wrestling have helped her if she hadn't had the advantage of surprise on the thug in the restaurant? Probably not.

By rich, would that indicate resources at one's disposal or assets in monetary currency?

If the first meaning, in Marvel, I would think Black Panther in first place and Dr Doom in 2nd place, with ... hmm, does Magneto still have a country and orbital stations at his disposal? I think that puts him in third place. In terms of hard currency, I am not sure, but isn't Stark well up there thanks to Stark Industries and all its subsidiaries?

Not familar with what powered characters run a rich countries in DC, but monetary assets, isn't it something like Lex Luthor, then Bruce Wayne?

Lets see... Suggestions:

1) Anything that helps it function better with Firefox

2) Love the "forum posts" section on My Vine, would be nice if it took you right to where you last posted instead of starting at the start of a thread.

3) Add RPG like elements to My Vine, points that could be used to determine a CV user VS CV user battle in a friendly way.

3a) Stats to a super power, where the points are first selected from a pool and then awarded afterwards for actions that you think help Comic Vine seem like a fun place to be: be careful it is in a way that can not be exploited by spam. Plus it means that the more powers you pick for your CV character, the less the points will spread over those.

3b) Adding weaknesses adds to your initial point pool. Basicly extra points to spend elsewhere for being a weakling in some way.

3c) Add reputation points, anonymously added by other users at most once per day per user for the user, that determine the "popularity" factor that writers use in creative license in comic books when they face one good guy off against another or bad guy vs bad guy. Basicly its the tie breaker if stats match up perfectly and if the random factor does as well.

3d) Quick combat system, paper rock scissors like, where powers face off against other powers, that at first is one VS one, but hopefully later takes into account group vs one and group vs group. Allow ways to write in creatively what happened after the results are already determined.

3e) Allow a Comic Vine user's character to join a Comic Vine team.

3f) Allow for additions, like base building, gear acquisition, research and development that a character spends its Comic Vine cash on somehow. How the cash is accumulated is by a set amount of time, like this much per day, based on perhaps points spent on origin story (or lack there of) towards different levels of starting income, on a scale similar to what comic book characters have AND also rewarded through bonuses, from evil deeds, neutral deeds, or good deeds.

( The point of this is a "game" that attracts users to your site and keeps them coming back. ;) )

4) Resize images to fit the message window, with click on option to zoom the image out to full screen. (Right now I experience images running of the side of the screen in forum posts if the image is too big)

Hmm, that's all that pops to mind at this time. Thanks for asking for the input, best of luck on your new site!

Colt Python says:

"You do realize that Wolverine is in no way, shape or form immortal.Just because he has regenerative healing factor doesn't mean he can't lose and he can't die."

I know that, but do the recent and current batch of writers know that? Heck, in the past, he has seen "the white light" on a number of occasions, even a red head, who I now wonder if that is Jean or the red head Rose from his early years. But recently, he has friggin regenerated from bone (see fight panels against Nitro), at an accelerated pace compared to the past. If that isn't immortal, what is?

I love to hate what "Wolverine" has become, I used to like him, you know, the one who walked into a burning blaze of a building to save a little girl, even though he was in incredible pain doing it.

Now, the way some fan boys talk and what writers have done with him in the comics, movies, and grand marketing merchandise schemes, it feels like he has gone from a fully fleshed character back to the days when he was just a foil for the Hulk, all rage and no sage. He might as well be called Mr Immortal with claws. Plus, he betrayed his Canadian roots, he is dead to me =P

Gambler says:

"Do you look like Wolverine on purpose? Or were you born that way?"

Honestly, I was born that way. I know, sounds like bullshit to even me, but when I was about 11 or 12 when I was first growing facial hair, and I don't mean just peach fuzz, I would mess around with what I could do with it. One day I saw a black and white picture of an old man that had these huge side burns. I just had to try it out, and I have loved growing it out that way ever since, especially since no one else seems to dare it. Didn't even know what or who a Wolverine was until a kid at school called me that, its not like I have been able to afford comics other than hand me down Archie Comics before that anyways. Even then, I only figured out that Wolverine was a comic book character when I saw the title on a rack at a grocery store. When I got into online gaming, I remembered the nickname and started using it. Only there are alot of other people who like using it too, so to add a bit of individuality to it, I added Canadian on the front...

I don't think its a dick question, being asked "You do know The King is dead, right?", in reference to Elvis, is a dick question.

=)

Simply nothing impacted me as a gaming experience more than the Half-Life series and all its mods (extra games for free).

Static Shock says:

"CanadianWolverine says:
"Colt Python says:
"No matter how good Halle acts..you can honestly sit here and tell me that when you saw Halle, you saw Storm?"

When I think of Storm as a real live actor, here is probably a way better pick, Iman.

" />http://i.imdb.com/Photos/Events/6640/th-ModelIman_Dimit_15100118_400.jpg"

She's another good choice. But, the question is, can she act?"

Do you see where I grabbed the image from. She has done some acting, in science fiction no less, and on top of that she is actually african, so she doesn't have to fake that part one bit.
