I just started reading preacher to and so far i love it, but i would rather that Showtime (since HBO pulled bitch) pick it up because i can't see it as a movie, enless they were planning on making 9 of them

Thanks again for a ll the suggestions, i just finished the first tpb for 52(as well as the first 2 Y:the last man) and i really think that the writing on both these series is incredible. If anybody else has some good DC story's to read please post!!!

What's a retcon??

First off i used to be strictly a marvel guy, but i picked up the 52 tpb and so far its pretty interesting, now I'm fairly familiar (as in i know their superpowers) with most of the Big DC characters: Batman, Superman, Wonderwoman, Flash, etc. But i was wondering what would be a good intro to the DC universe and what would be some good books to pick up?

Hey i just bought a bunch of Supreme power Comics of ebay as well as there number of spinoffs (Hyperionvs.Nighthawk, sqaudron Supreme, Hyperion, NIghthawk). I was wondering if any of the fans of the series could let me know the best order to read them in when i get a hold of them.
