People shouldn't be so quick to find a discrepancy in Kryptonian power levels when it hasn't been explained how she got here, why she is in costume, what's wrong with her memories. There's too much unknown to blast editorial about their supposed mistake.

@hpwaz: This will be taking place in the DCnU. Stephanie Brown is Spoiler again. The cover was the original solicitation cover. Morrison's delays lead them to have to make this DCnU. There probably was some art changes which pushed this even further back into December.

@damswedon: Who says that Knight & Squire's history stays intact?? No one has. Knight & Squire are not Batman. Batman's corner is basically intact, but his interaction with other heroes in other books are different because the others are different.

@GraveSp: I've heard that they'll change the Rogues to make them metahumans. No more cold gun, flamethrower, or weather wand.

I have a question to those that think she's an escape clause: What are they returning to? The previous DC was hemorraging readers. If they hemorrage readers again, another reboot will just be delaying the inevitable.

@Grim: It's possible. But Superman mentioned in Swamp Thing that he remembered dying. The Death of Superman could have already happened in some fashion in the DCnU.

@iLLituracy: Retailers are ripping out covers if they plan on returning the books back to Diamond/DC. I always wonder why some retailers don't refer to other stores when they're sold out on a certain book. The people who want Action #1 wouldn't mind knowing Hastings still has a ton of them. Retailers can always donate to the library but that's money coming out of their pockets. They pay the price of over-ordering or under-ordering.

@RedheadedAtrocitus: Are you serious? They expect Wonder Woman, Batwoman, Swamp Thing to fail?? Really! Even Teen Titans, New Guardians and Stormwatch would be middle of the bunch books.

@xkoenig: Lobdell, says that "as far as he knows" it still exists. Those histories don't concern his current stories, so he doesn't need to be on the know about every corner of the DCU. As for Donna Troy and Wally West, maybe they existed in the 5 year hero boom, maybe not. It's all up in the air right now. Donna's history needs to be cleaned up. It would be a damned shame if Wally is benched indefinitely because the "Powers that Be" don't want to "confuse" fans about the Flash.

Where's X-Men A? X-Men B and X-Men C? C'mon people, these are TEASERS. They want you to salivate. Unfortunately there will always be someone crying about people being left out. They're not dead or forgotten. They'll just be background players (New X-Men, Science Team, Atlanteans). Wolverine will be in X-Force. Emma and Cyclops will appear in adjectiveless X-Men.
