Yes, he has used the DD to remove Gohan's tail in Oozaru mode.

He has also used it to remove Frieza's tail in 2nd form, he has decapitated Bio-Brolly, and sliced Kid Buu in half.

Those are Krillin's feats, alone.

Hooking up with Android 18 is a pretty good feat.

To my mind in conclusion, the "Stars and Bars" will ALWAYS be a symbol of racism/white supremacy -as do many people of colour not just in America(North or South), but across the world at large and no amount of disengenuous blather from its defenders/apologists will ever "detoxify" it !!!!
