5 stars. It was such a fun and light hearted read, this is the X-book I've wanted for a while, overall I've found most of them quite grounded All new X-men has stuck with more possible Marvel universe threats and occasionally been a soap opera, but this was full of the weird and wonderful, plus it's Nightcrawler, basically my all time favourite X-man. A lot of people have complained about Wolverine in too many books, but him and Nightcrawler were pals it's more fitting than some series.

4 stars. Found some parts slightly on the confusing side, but I think that was intentional, but this was a highly enjoyable issue and I hope at some point to try the next, although slightly doubtful, but I think Pak writes a great young Superman.

4 stars. If the event truly doesn't hit its stride next issue it's going to be a bit of a flop as although this issue finally sees Luthor together with other villains it needs to get to it next issue although this issue is pretty good.

4 stars. At points I think it was pretty ehh, and underwhelming, but overall I think it was quite good, but was expecting a bit more than non-stop carnage.

4 stars. Complete and total tonal shift from the last issue it's way more fun and not so deep and character driven, it's too much fun for that although the horizontal format I found a little more distracting than anything, as it interrupted the flow a lot.
