Thanks :) I thought people had some kind of alert system to know their comics are coming out.

I've been reading comics for a while. But I never paid that much attention to release dates. I buy more TPBs I guess.

Right now I'm waiting for a few comics (TMNT 45, High Crimes 10...) And just realized that they don't actually come out every four weeks.

Then I read somewhere that one of the disadvantages of working with DC or Marvel is that they force you to have a pretty tight schedule to release every month.

So, is it that most "indie" publishers have looser release schedules that allows creators more freedom? How do you guys know your comic is coming out?

Althought the MAX series are pretty kick-ass. Ennis did a pretty good job on his prior Punisher work, along with Steve Dillon. It's gonna be a little hard for you to adapt to the art style coming from MAX, but the stories are still top notch.

Woah! What a great ride. Just the art on this one is worth it. Also my first *made for digital* book. Which I really liked.

Disclaimer: I watched the TV show. So I didn't find the style out of place.

First time I hear about ComicsPlus. I'll download it to see if it has comics Comixology doesn't.

edit: Nice, some Top Cow titles there. I might finally finish reading Hunter-Killer :)

How can Spiderman beat Wolverine?... I mean, Thor can disintegrate him with his hammer, but Spidey?

I was ok with the phone, but now that I plan to buy even more comics, I want a better experience.

Yes. I really only buy comics digitally now and use ComiXology. Their guided view makes reading comics much better than in print. The new iPad is great for reading comics because of the screen resolution and screen size. ComiXology is in the process of transferring all their comics into HD and the results are quite great.

HD sounds amazing. I didn't know about this. Going digital is looking better than ever.

I still appreciate having a physical copy of a comic with me, but digital prices are good. And it's way better if you are limited with storage.
