I know very little about this character, but he reminds me a lot of Lex Luthor, If Luthor was a super powered blood winged angel. Honestly I thought this guy would be a nice rival for Goku just because of how opposite they are. Suitengu is a being of decadence and wealth, while Goku is pure and innocent.

While not quite as nutty as the Joker, he does have a strong belief in chaos and he has the power to cause it. Being another Rurouni Kenshin Character he's an obvious choice for an opponent for Saito

Another brooding guy with long white hair and a big freaking sword, oh yeah, he and Inuyasha are a perfect match up

Come on people, did you really think I wouldn't include him, He's Freaking Freeza for christ's sake. He is a perfect opponent for Goku and Piccolo and would probably end up being the leader of this team
