my beliefs on the church mean nothing here. your beliefs are also irrelevant. this is not a theological debate. this is a thread on comic vine. not to be mean but i don't care how much you hate jesus at the moment. I could also care less how invincible jesus is.  if it helps you to understand by replacing "jesus" with bob then please do.

This thread IMO shouldn't even exist (had it been a comicbook version of Jesus then I'd say go for it). And whether I post in it or not, it keeps coming up to the front page.

this has very little to do with either version of jesus. if you read the op this is just about the same as any pick your own hero thread. there really is no reason to even refer to jesus very much. i only said his name because i wanted people to understand the inspiration. it would be pointless to call him bob when everyone would know who he is. and i never said your character has to do as well as jesus in those circumstances. i made a kickass one and he lost at everything. if it helps it can be the comic version but this isnt about jesus its about the various tasks he completed. and there really are jesus comics i wasnt kdding.

@The_Last_Son_of_Czarnia: if you consider posting on this thread to be your red button then yes. i cant control what people say on my thread but if its offensive then you can just not look at the thread. but for the most part people haven't been tooooo bad. also not for nothing but a tip i learned back in middle school was not to let what people say bother me. on the internet especially "thicker skin" helps.

@ssejllenrad: whether someone considers that fb screenshot offensive is up to them. my thread is not downgrading jesus in anyway. if someone doesnt like it they dont have to comment. 
 
@demifiend: great thank you. thats just the image i needed on this thread lol. btw is that an electric saw? why not use a jackhammer with a "utensil" on it?

@mrdecepticonleader: nice. i just realized he doesnt have lungs or skin so watching him get crucified would be almost funny.... or scary if he decided to get off the cross. howwweeeever it occurs to me that ghost rider could not infact carry a cross 3 miles. because it would set on fire AH HA! lols.
