Hey Folks in Mighty Avengers #15 Hank even stated he's getting a divorce from Jan. In Avengers Dissembled Trade paperback Hank stated that he and Jan have tried to get back together several times after their divorce. So I think I will have to agree with Vance Astro, no one can answer this but Marvel.
call me crazy but I think Samson is Green Hulk and Talbot is red hulk.
There is no way Red Hulk is Samson, just look at that Uniform filled with Gamma Radiation, its obivous that suit was just worn by somebody. Like somebody who just turned into the Hulk. Red Hulk has been traveling the world for days. I think Samson became the savage Green Hulk to defeat the Red Hulk.
I honestly felt the move is pretty good because it gives us readers a break from major crossover sagas. Don't get me wrong I love crossover sagas especially the X-men major sagas live Messiah complex, Dark phoenix Saga, and etc. But to have one after another can be exhausting. I like to have my slow periods in comics where not much is happening just before a major saga is about to start.
" If I were writing the story.. I would say that Talbot's mind was shatterred by the event, but he never died. Leonard Samson as the resident shrink may have been treating him.. until he got "better". Now he is an "escaped" Red Hulk with immense power. Samson, realizing what he may have unleashed and his inability to stop someone as powerful as him before, may have attempted to "power-up" by irratidiating himself with more gamma rays that leads to the jacket scene. His quick diagnosis on the events with the Abomination may prove to be insider doctor's information he gather from Talbot during his treatment. Knowing more than he should and laeding us again to belive Samson is the Red Hulk although he isn't but may very well know who is and feels responsible.
All conjecture of course.....
