People seem to be forgetting this happened once before. Her powers were permanently on and only through intense concentration could she turn physical. However, that entire story line was just well...forgotten and one day she just...got better. Never addressed, nothing. Gotta love Marvel right? So, I kinda like the fact that it's been picked up again. Hopefully they'll do it justice this time. Course...it is marvel so....

my problem with aging is, you get people like power pack who aged into their teens, and yet, franklin richards who was their age as kids, is the same age so...what happened? I think if aging happens it needs to be consistant across the entire universe, not to some and not others.
Wow, kinda surprising actually. I'm not a Thor fan, I have never been a Thor fan and, quite frankly after they coped out and turned Loki back into a man, I lost all interest in Thor at all. However, that being said, I gotta say I am actually looking forward to the Thor movie. Everything I've seen makes me thing it will be awesome.
Wow, you know the biggest problem here is that according to the article people wanted Kitty Pride killed over Spider-Man, I mean, where's the love?
Well, with Spider-Man dead I guess that leaves Black Cat free to find a new love interest... other than that, doesn't really effect me much. I'm not a big Ultimate fan. oh well.
Oh, well, they already did the Captain. A problem I have with Captain America, and a problem Brubaker himself has posted on forums is that, all the stories tend to repeat themselves. Marvel wants to tell the same thing over and over again because it sells, but they don't want to venture into new territory too much. As a result it's just a question of how many times can we tell the same story and simply change the players. So...yes, there very well could be a Captain, why not. they did it once before right?
Here's a question. Okay, so, Cap is running around the world recruiting super soldiers right? What happened to Diamondback? I mean, she was injected with the super soldier serium, her entire goal has been to try and be worth of Captain America so... why is he ignoring her now?
To answer the question as simply as I can, yes, there must be a Captain America. In the marvel world where people go psyco at the drop of a hat, where people like Tony Stark forget who their friends are and begin a crusade to arrest all his friends who refuse to register just because they disagreed with the law. He's a symbol that even people like the Punisher will not go against. So Captain America is desperately needed.
Now we come to the issue of respect. It's one thing to wear the costume and another thing to stand for what it represents. Steve Rogers is the only one who really does that. Bucky won the right to wear the suit for a while, but, I never bought him as Captain America. Maybe it was his use of a gun, maybe it was because Black Widow sided against Steve Rogers in the whole Civil War thing and now is shacking up with Steve's replacement. I don't know but I couldn't accept him over Steve. He was a decent replacement as long as Steve didn't want to do it, but, well, let's quote spider-man here. With great power comes great responsibility. He doesn't want to do it, but he's needed and that's just the kind of man Steve Rogers is. His country needs him, he will be the first to defend it.
Ah, mmo's. Well, here's the deal with the "free" mmo's. They charge you for many of the items which are free in the pay to p0lay ones. Often the superior items, character classes are locked, etc unless you pay an extra fee to get them. That's how the free ones make their money. Also, the free ones rarely have expansions and certainly not to the extend ot the pay to play ones do, thus the words are rarely improved, the graphics not upgraded as often and overall it remains far more stagnent than the pay to play ones do.
Now, having played DC Online, I can tell you the stories are fun, immersing yourself in an adventure and beating up the teen titans, or helping Robin defeat Harley Quinn, all are awesome and lead to an excitement the others simply can't offer cause you just don't have the attachment for someone else's world that you do for one that you experience on a weekly basis through comics.
That being said, I am eager for them to expand the costume options and create new power choices. Fortunately, this being a pay to play mmo, I know these are options which will happen.
Okay, I do find this a little funny. What to dow with Wonder Woman is a question many have struggled with and when people opted to take her in a completely new and different direction, trying to make her costume more contemporary and change her up to make her a bit more modern, people rail against it stating it's not the classic hero they know. Okay so, how do you change a character to make her modern and yet make no changes to the character? That's the question which no one has been able to answer and perhaps why she keeps getting placed in limbo.
