@akrasia: it's definitely DC inspired but it's a good thing. It's the good guys vs a bad guy. that's refreshing to see in a Marvel event believe it or not. For once the heroes aren't fighting heroes like idiots. Which became a Marvel norm unfortunately.

Yes it would work. hes a great actor. And Lucious is not some old weakling. in the comics he's the one that keeps Wayne Foundation rich, all the business part running smoothly. Naysayers here are ignorants. Denzel would be a bad ass Lucius Fox.

All the ones saying 'neither' are so full of themselves and full of &hit. Prime example of the so called comic book fandome. Bunch of entitled, armchair judges that flocked the theatres to watch these movies and here they are trashing the very films they made a line to attend, because currently it makes them popular with the crowd (the haters) .

You just insulted Vin Diesel. He might not be an Al Pacino but he's been acting for decades and has had lead roles in many movies portraying different characters. So I can legitimately call him an accomplished actor.

Ronda is a cage fighter that is getting cameo roles where she makes a mean mug, says about 3 lines and has an action scene, all based on riding a current publicity roll outside her mma circle. The cage, and fighting other female fighters is her world.

She IS NOT an actress, has never trained to be an actress, CANNOT act, and probably doesn't even know how to audition for any roles. Have some sense and think hard about comparing her to Vin Diesel. It's a slap in the face to Diesel and many other actors out there struggling to make it in Hollywood by paying their dues.

I can fault Marvel studios for some things but they are very good with their casting choices. So this so called 'movement' (which is bull*hit, there's no movement) is retarded. NO WAY will MARVEL EVER CAST SUCH AN IMPORTANT ROLE WITH SOMEONE THAT CAN NOT ACT TO SAVE HER LIFE.
