Congrats!

I no longer have my FIRST, by I have my second (or what's left of it) - which luckily is the continuation of my first.  I LOVED the X-Men tv show as a kid and when I found out it was a comic (I was a clueless kid) I went out and bought a tpb with my allowance I'd saved up (though it was hardcover, not a paperback lol).  FELL IN LOVE!  I've pretty much loved comics ever since.

X-men led to my interest in more Marvel titles - and in those titles I saw some Black Female characters - which sparked my obsession with Black Female comic book characters which has persisted to now.

I like Olga Kurylenko for the part.  She's been doing a lot of action films (Max Payne, Quantum of Solace, Hitman), she's from Ukraine, and oh yea - SHE'S HOT!!!

i LOVE viral marketing like this... i was downtown in chicago the day they staged the 'I Believe in Harvey Dent' & 'Take Back Gotham' campaign demonstrations.  It was awesome.

I've seen that error page (500, style me DAVE!!!!!) on this site a few times... I have no idea what it means, but it happened to me when I joined early last month and hit submit to my long and involved super life bio, which was disappointing to say the least, because I lost all I had written.  The bio buttons are working fine now.

I'm getting the "500, style me DAVE!!!!!" error page again now when I try to check on my pending image submissions.  I can't see any of my pending submissions past page one - and worse, some of my image submissions are disappearing without being approved or rejecting.

Any thoughts?

Hi I'm new.  I joined early last month, but got active a week or so ago.  I really like it so far.  I'm still feeling it out, but the site is awesome.

The one thing I'm having a small issue with is I'll submit pictures and they won't be approved for days - but I can't check on them, because I can only access the first page of my pending submissions. When I try to click beyond page one, I get this error message: "500, style me DAVE!!!!!".  I have no idea what that means, but it happened when I first joined the site and tried to update my real life and super bios (which are working fine now).

Any thoughts about that?  Very cryptic....

You make a good point.  I'm not a fan of ALL of these heroes and characters.....
