  Kick @$$ power and unusual demeanor to back it up.

  BH III (Thomas Kip Burland ) was always the best version of this character. Great weapons, kick @$$ bike (looked like a cross between a Harley and a Goldwing)

  Hard nosed with big brass kahoonies. Jack kegan always gets his man (no matter how much of a beating he has to take to get him). Truly relentless.
