A battle field removal would most likely be a win but with morals on, I'm guessing they fight in character. I.e. Superman and Marvel trade punches instead of blitzing, no energy draining Superman for Thor etc. A stalemate. Each team can edge out the other team depending on the situation or how they choose to fight. "

You haven't listed 1 ability the martian has that Hulk has already encounter and beaten. So you're problem is how does Jonn win? Maybe he can appeal to Banner to sooth the Hulk.
