Batwing seems to go by different rules though. It's been a very low seller for ages and there's no sign of it going. It got about 1,500 extra sales in April, probably because of the big Luke Fox reveal, but even with that it's still really low. It'll be interesting to see how sales will be affected by Luke being there.

Sorry... I don't actually read the comics so I don't what the "Luke Fox reveal" is...

I agree with this. Not to say that I hate Wal-Mart but I think that they should just leave them be.

My local store isn't doing all that well as it is, if Wal-Mart started doing this it would ruin allot of the smaller comic-shops...

@sst: Congrats on the first pull list! You've got some pretty good stuff.

As for recommends... Looks like you have all the good stuff covered...

Although, I have to recommend Deadpool. It's been an awesome, hilarious, ride so far, and with a new story arc starting with issue #8 it's a great place to jump in. It's a nice break from the more serious comics.

And it only cost 2.99, so it shouldn't break your budget if you decide to try it.

Here's what mine looks like (I don't have much money either. :P):

Batman
Deadpool
Aquaman
Guardians of the Galaxy

And I plan to start getting Superman Unchained when it comes out in June.

My brother gets Thor: god of thunder so I get to read those for free. ;)
