Hulk despite having almost zero speed, almost no ranged attacks and no flight has managed to build up a pretty decent fight career out of either PIS or out of his opponents suddenly go jobbing

A thunder clap took the wind out of him, Temugin wasn't dead and I consider the fight to be 100% PIS

Temugin had his back exposed, Hulk sneaks up = PIS
 Then Temugin opens some whopass on Hulk getting him to scream out in pain. Why wasn't Hulk knocked out? considering people like Namor and Ironman have already owned Hulk?

just like 95% of Hulk comics once again this fight was trash and should be labeled as CIS/WIS trash

Hulk beating Gladiator = Garbage  
Hulk Smashing beings made of pure energy = Plot.Induced.Stupidity
Hulk putting up any kind of fight against The Stranger or High Evolutionary = PIS 
Hulk beating Xavier in a telepathic fight = PIS
Hulk beating Dr Strange with friggin Zom power = PIS to the Extreme
Planet Hulk beating Surfer = Garbage
Hulk beating Sentry = Garbage
 
I'm not bashing I actually give the Hulk a good deal of credit but he does have too many PIS feats to his name.
He's Marvel's icon that represents power, even though Iornman, Spidey and Wolverine probably out sell Hulk Marvel doesn't see it that way. Hulk is there golden boy and the writers will try their best to make Hulk always win fights
 
just look at the power set of guys like Surfer and Thor
These guys should always trash Hulk any place, any time
 
but writers make it that Hulk can actually win
The crap writing behind some Hulk battles are the reason why a lot of his fights should be dismissedas nonsense

Black Light, Temugin blinds the She Hulk or drains lifeforce from her body

Sentry at full power became a plot device, never dies, rips people apart, brings people back from the dead with miracles etc
Scarlet Witch doesn't need to mouth off spells, she doesn't even need to wave her fingers her powers are natural, she brought her husand back from the dead just by willing it to be so, she also posses a mutant gene that influences laws of probability. At full power she erased almost every Omega Mutant just by saying "No More Mutants"
IMO a full powered Witch stomps

Mandarin with rings owns this
 
Ares might win hand to hand, he was much stronger physically but I doubt he was actually a better fighter than Mandarin
Mandarin's skills and chi are insane, even without rings he would give Ares one hell of a fight
