But with prep time (and team work) Batman villians namely Ra's a ghul, Mr.Freeze, joker, and penguin could come up with something to 1Up all of Spiderman's villians. as far as intel and cunning batman villians > spiderman's villians. raw power Spiderman villain > Batman Villains.

Use an explosive as a distraction then come behind with a frost followed by net then rapid fire explosives... idk lol.. "

as far as i remember they have a lot more than "just arrows" ... im quite sure they have a few that can really distrupt their suits. Plus apparently Captain america is apparently A match for Iron man (At least it's argued enough too seem that way) and all he has is his shield. Figured this might be a bit less one sided. "
