she does get their skill but not intellect, however does get memories

Yes its jubs orginal powers, rogue takes the powers she gains for whom ever she beats to the next round added to her, but can not use her power stealing during the match itself ( except the first match)

current Rogue has been tasked to Take down the fallowing Heros in order

She gets no prep or weapons
