I went with Arrow. Black Widow has professional training, whereas Green Arrow was put on an island with a bow. As far as combat goes they're both good at close range hand to hand combat. But GA has a quiver full of arrow's that hit at long range

I really don't see why Ollie wouldn't stomp Natasha, honestly. Much stronger, better skilled, better armed, better reflexes, better trained, better at mostly everything. Natasha's marksmanship shouldn'tbe too much of a bother considering Ollie's come out on top against Deadshot, a deadly killer accurate enough to put two bullets in a man's heart from a building rooftop a hundred yards away. Hawkeye didn't get a single arrow off in his fight with Widow, so it's not like his marksmanship was ever put to the test against her. When it comes to showings against fodder goons, Ollie's fought more of them; he's fought them in cramped spaces, with injuries and what not, and he's always made short work of them. He took down that hired assassin who was skilled enough to kill a man with a pressure point that gave them an aneurysm within fifteen seconds, and he has no qualms about killing people himself. He's dodged arrows after they were fired and inches away from his face, he's packing explosives and knock-out darts, armor that can take a beating, he's essentially a lethal Batman with a quiver and ludicrously inadequate facial coverage.

Arrow 8/10, minimum.

Also let me try fanboy whining out for size: if Widow wins, it's only because the Avengers movie is more popular than the Arrow show!!1!

@azura_thena: Yeah but I'm hoping characters who have high HF ability shouldn't be included in this, I saw some of scans from of her from the Snake Eyes vs. X-23 article and she is way too fast, too strong and too durable than Batman and HF makes a great difference during a fight, I'd rather stick to characters who are almost evenly matched.

True, n X-23 and Batman battle could end up being vastly different than a Wolverine and Batman battle.

@azura_thena: X-23 is a teenage version of Wolverine. A fight between her and Batman will be same as a fight between Wolverine and Batman, Batman loses.

They're pretty much the same, we can also get Daken next but it will be boring, almost same points.
