What're everyone's thoughts on say... Jim Lees "HUSH" Version of Batman vs Greg Capullos new 52 Batman illustrations? If you were to compare those two, which do you think drew Batman better?
Very interesting. I notice people are mentioning they enjoy how Capullo draws Gotham and his other characters. But in terms of strictly Batman, do you guys prefer Lee or Capullo?
I haven't been on here for a while, I had a quick question. I haven't been reading comics for a while, so when I dropped by my local comic store, I noticed DC Characters have new designs under the New 52. I read that these New 52 costumes and stories are kind of a soft-reboot.
I was just curious, are these costumes now officially changed forever as each character's definitive costume? So Batman's "official" costume now has all these lines going through it? Please let me know. thanks for your time!
Interesting. Most people here are saying Batman is more popular. But that recent article stated that Spiderman sells more merchandise than Batman and Avengers combined.
Would you guys say that Batman is more popular amongst adult audiences, but Spiderman sells more merchandize because he is more kid-friendly and marketable in that sense?
Generally when I talk to comic book fans or general public about superheroes, they would reply that Batman is their favorite, but I would generally see more Spiderman merchandise.
