@nrgb2814: Sorry, but no... At this point, Marvel could put Squirrel Girl/Darkhawk team-up up against DC and thoroughly smash them.

lmao ya cuz batman doesnt make billion dollar films right? right?

I'm not so sure. A great deal of the Dark Knight trilogy's success goes to Nolan. It needs to be done right or else people won't blindly run to the cinemas and watch whatever they spew out, especially if it is garbage.

To give you a good example: Batman & Robin. I think we can all agree that they should never repeat a crapfest like that again. You need a good director, script and actors. The film can't only run on a name alone.

That said, I'm growing tired of all this Marvel vs DC crap. If you like one, but not the other, just enjoy your side of fence and be content with it. I love both sides and I'm glad each side is trying to one up the other. Because as a fan of both Marvel and DC, it means the quality of entertainment is going to get better with every year.

Hooray for Cyclops. The Ultimate douchebag. He treats women like crap. Couldn't care less about his friends and family. Some how, its his month, even though Logan is the one that is dying. Let's worship Scott and forget about everyone esle, wait second, Marvel has done that for years.

Oh please, Wolverine has like 4 books out and he had two films, and after they threw Cyke out at the start of the Last Stand the film basically turned into Wolverine and his mutant friends. Wolverine is Marvel's poster boy and basically the equivalent of what Batman is to DC.

Cyke has had some of the most interesting developments over the last decade. He deserves the win. Hands down.

"Yes" should have been broken into two choices. As in:

"Yes, he was and will always be the Superior Spider-man" and the second being "Yes, I will miss him, but I'm just as glad to see Peter back."

Right now it feels more of a choice between the former option, or "Screw him, Peter is the best". Those aren't really great choices, since I fall into the second option I gave, and I'm certain a few other voters felt the same.

I find Wolverine extremely overrated.

I'm not merely saying that to anger the Wolverine fans, as I'm sure they'll be growling in indignation that someone dared attack their favorite hero. This is not meant as an attack, I really just don't see what all the excitement surrounding him is about.

Usually I wait until a series finishes a season before I watch it in its entirety, but from what I've hear about Agents of SHIELD, can't say I'm excited.

First off, someone should tell these blind writers that there's an entire universe of Marvel characters at their disposal. I doubt they realize that is the actual draw to this show. I mean, the entire cast is new, all except for Caulson. I heard Hill and Fury made very small cameos, but cameos aren't even close to enough.

Back when before the show when we saw all those trailers, they teased magic, they showed Gunn (from Angel) with powers to show that superpowers are making an impact. I haven't even heard of him since, nor any other superpowered human. Apparently Graviton shows up in an episode, but he doesn't have powers yet.

Finally, I read that the main threat is an organization, but typical to how this show operates, this group isn't even from the comics. What about AIM, Hydra, Maggia, Purifiers (more anti-powers than anti-mutant), or they could have made the show more focused on smaller villain groups like Zodiac, Wrecking Crew, Serpent Society, Redeemers. They can do entire Redeemers/Thunderbolts arcs, which would be brilliant to showcase smaller heroes and villains.

The problem these idiotic writers can't seem to realize is that they might as well have left Marvel out of this show. If what I've heard is true, then this show will be a huge disappointment.

Infinity was brilliant, from start to finish. So far Forever Evil has also been solid, just hope the resolution is as strong as its beginning. All in all it was really an exceptional year in comics.

@batmannflash: Because Cyclops is the man, and it's high time Kitty realize just what a bunch of hypocrites team Wolverine really is. I'm just glad to have Kitty on board. :)

The argument I really hate is: "They wrote themselves into a corner"... What a stupid retort. No, it's how it was written, there are no corners in this case.

They were cut off from the Phantom Zone, end of story. Sure you could say, "but they could have written it differently". Hell yeah they could, but now wouldn't that be convenient. Not everything in fiction or life always works out, it isn't always cookies and sunshine. That's what makes it interesting.

Yeah, they could have written it in a way where the Phantom Zone was open and they locked him away, all smiles and Supes give us the thumbs up. But things didn't conveniently work out, now did it? Heroes are molded in difficult situations, that's what makes them interesting. Superman had to choose between the people of his adopted planet and practically the last Kryptonian he'll ever see again.

A person could stand back in a situation like that, take the easy road and stay indifferent with the delusional notion that he'll save both sides by keeping a military trained general subdued for the rest of his life. But a true hero would go so far as to condemn himself, sully his hands by making the hard choices so that others don't have to make them.

Honestly, I quite like it. I loved old Lobo, don't get me wrong, but looks were bound to be update in the DCnU. The 80s biker look just felt a bit ... old and done among the New 52 styles. Well, the second image especially has a certain calm, reserved deadliness to it, he looks smaller, but he has a menacing sense to him. If a look had to replace the old one, I'm glad this will be it.

So, Trinity War kicks off this month, and Infinity starts next month. Not to mention, Villains month in September. Aaaah, my money will be flying out of my pockets, and I wont even mind.
