Unacceptable. Both Cap and Bumpy were destined to die alone.

Same reason everyone else loves corn--because it's delicious.

Would anyone say this is a good starting point? I kind of want to get into TT, but I don't want to buy the vols of the cancelled series.

Cheaper to hire a private army and conquer one.

@dccomicsrule2011: The EU is in a messy place. I've considered it fan-fiction since I first heard about it. I'll gladly agree to disagree, just don't take my argument seriously. It's my bias opinion.

@dccomicsrule2011: But never established as it's own universe. EU fans lead themselves to believe it was a part of the main continuity, so don't say it was always considered a separate canon. Disney also never stated it was a separate universe. "Legends" is more of a collection than anything. Lucas never said it wasn't part of the main continuity, but he also never said it it was. Actually, he said the movies were the only canon works.

@dccomicsrule2011: It's more akin to fan-fic groups on ComicVine. Ultimate Marvel are actual Marvel comics written and published by Marvel as an established universe of it's own. "That was stated by people working for Lucasfilm themselves." Good for them. Unfortunately for them, Lucas had full control over the canonicity of the Star Wars universe and stated himself that only the movies were canon. It was later stated by the new owners (i.e. Disney) that it was not canon. They did not in any way imply that it's anything like the Ultimate Marvel universe.

@awesam: How do you define fan-fiction?

Self-explanatory. A fiction written by a fan that does not belong in the canon.

@awesam: I'm not sure I understand then. Why did you agree then when he said both(as in YYH and Bleach) where rip off's of DB?

They both rip off Dragon Ball :P

This. At one point or another, every writer usually admits that they got their inspiration from DB.

I was being sarcastic. Unless you thought I thought that literally every anime is a rip-off of DB. In that case, it's your fault.

EU is fan-fiction. Each story exists in it's own universe unless some of the writers collaborated on a joint canon.
