Since all super heroes are dangerous, pretty much any super hero can be put in the Justice League of America. The most powerful super heroes do tend to be the most dangerous such as spectre or captain atom. Error prone super heroes are also dangerous such as John Stewart.
no. these are the MOST DANGEROUS heroes. MOST as in MORESO than the other heroes. John Stewart is in space and set to be killed off soon, Spectre would be much to difficult to control as he answers to a higher power and tend to travel around more. Captain Atom makes sense though from what ive heard.
@modunhanul: I've not read that, myself, but I'll take your word it's not his best work. Nevertheless, I've found his work (generally speaking) enjoyable and consistent, if a bit unremarkable.

Since this group seems to be doing some American flag waving, this might be the right group for rebooted characters like Commander Steel (the indestructible man), Liberty Belle, Americommando, Miss America, Minute Man, etc.
well to be honest. Well the groups's nickname is "World's Most Dangerous Heroes", i dont see C S fitting there. most of those characters seem horribly outdated. not every character on a patriotic team needs to be a generic "AMERICA!!!!, F*$(K YEAH!!!!!" type of hero. Commander Steel is set to appear in Earth-2 which seems more fitting.

Justice League of America is very similar to the old Justice League Detroit. Steve Trevor is sort of the new Dale Gunn. Martian Manhunter and Vibe are there so maybe add Vixen and a reboot into modern times of the original Commander Steel Henry Heywood, the idestructible man who was created by Gerry Conway in 1978.

For Martian Manhunter to be bad-assessment, and Geoff to retcon that fight into MMH faking losing so that he could plant a psychic tracer in Salu's mind so that he can have Intel on Helspont plans
I want the team to be more bad-ass and to deal with actually some pretty strong villains that can smack their asses but also that can be interesting to portray.
