Y'know. Upon thinking about it...I might be on board, let's examine it.
1. He actually has bleached skin, that's a plus.
2. It appears he's wearing surgical gloves, maybe he like to perform "surgeries" on victims?
3. The amount of times he's been to Arkham or Blackgate, maybe those are prison tattoos.
4. He's been fighting Batman for decades, he's bound to get some teeth knocked out.
The look is different, and will be polarizing, but it could be awesome.
