Sephiroth Destroyed Jupiter. Even with Amaterasu, Itachi would not be able to summon the power that it needs to do that much damage. I doubt even Susano'o could stand up to that poweful of an attack. Sephiroth also has the ability of attacking from the air, which gives him a distinct advantage over Itachi. "
