So... you are telling me it is a close range attack after seeing a video of it being used on someone that is well 100 feet away of Cole?

Edit: Actually, why does that even matter? You still didn't bring up a compelling argument to prove Alex could tank or dodge any of Coles heavier attacks. If his storm powers can hurt The Beast, then Mercer is not surviving them.

Have you ever even seen Cole's Lightning Storm? It's crazy slow.

Edit: I just took another look at Lightning Storm and it doesn't even vaporize enemies, Mercer tanks it with a good bit of damage taken. Irrelevant because he can dodge it quite easily.

Alex survived a nuke, but he was reduced to a pile of black goo by it. I believe that counts as a defeat. And if he gets caught in Cole's Lightning Storm, pretty much the same thing would happen to him again (it damaged the Beast, who also tanked a nuke quite easily). So if the fight starts a few houndred feet apart, Mercer will have a hard time reaching Cole. If he plays smart, he might get some good shots, but I'm still giving this to McGrath. Although it would be really close

Alex regenerated within minutes. He won't hit Alex with Lightning Storm. A few good shots? One shot from Alex kills Cole.

You have no Way of knowing how long he took to regenerate. Neither do you know he wont be hit. Since when does Alex have FTL reflexes?

We've already been through this. Lightning Storm doesn't move at FTL, the strikes do. It starts at Cole and slowly moves forward.

Alex regen:

Yeah. That doesn't exactly prove that he regenerated in Minutes. Maybe he lay there for days before that unlucky crow flew next to him. And no matter how fast Cole's lightning is, it is still much faster then anything Alex ever dodged.

Wolverine and Deadpool are non-factors (mostly), Hulk vs. Mercer is debatable, altough Hulks only way of really winning is via BFR

Also, Alex can only run that fast when he isn't in armor. Which would cause him to he extraweak to electricity. Cole could definitely hit him with precision electric shots.

Those precision shots would do virtually nothing to Mercer and he would regen that. Alex could just get on top of a building and rain debris down on top of him, rip open fire hydrants, or other creative ways of beating him. Alex has a genius level intellect and Cole is not versatile at all when it comes to ways of beating someone without electricity.

The thing is: He doesn't need a way to beat Alex without electricity. We don't know how effective the precision shots would be, but we do know that Alex has been hurt by simple electricity, and Cole can easily put out that kind of energy.

Cole likely has this if Mercer gives him any time to react. I mean, Alex is really tough, but Cole's energy output is just ridiculously powerfull. It really depends on the location though, and if Mercer tries to sneak up on him.

Of course Hancock wins.. i mean, he withstood a train! Can Hulk punch a train? I don't think so!!!!

Also, he was impervious to bullets, so that automatically means that he is completly invulnerable! MOTHERF*CKING BULLETS! I bet Hulk and Thor would all die against those!

Behold the power of the allmighty Hancock
