Also, what is happening with this forum, it looks quite dead.

Character forums in general are dying. People are posting more and more in the Gen Dis now.

General is for things that arent about one character.

So if you post Deadpool information, isnt general.

What are the moderators doing?

Nothing. People feel like topics are more reachable through the GenDis so they put their info there now. Also, there was a long time where character forums didnt work and you HAD to post in the GD.

@waezi2: Yeah, pretty much Black Novas have full access to the Nova Force powers rather than a small fraction.

ComicVine has a rule about creating alternate pages for 'one' subject. For example, there are multiple Avengers teams that have their own roster(s) and history yet ComicVine only allows them to be combined into one page for "easier" filing. I remember reading about something similar to this about the Justice League a few months back. Someone wanted a Justice League of America page to be separate from a Justice League page but the idea was rejected. The same rule applies for alternate characters. There is a singular page for Peter Parker despite his Ultimate Version having a very extensive history. Or perhaps a better example would be Rick Jones. In 616 he is A-Bomb, a mutated human, but in 1610 he is a Cosmically power Nova Captain Marvel Watcher type hero. Same character with completely different fates and one singular page.

I personally think it would be easier to have to multiple pages for the matter but I also don't do the engineering and what not so what do I know?

Richard Rider was the top selling toy at comic con this weekend

I'm still praying to Thor that Richard comes back and is apart of the GotG since Sam is in Nova. Unless they revamp the current Nova and name it Kid Nova and then give Rich a book again with the tag line "The Man Called..." or "…The Human Rocket!"

As for Sam as a character, he's alright. He still has a lot of needed development. By no means do I dislike him, I think he's doing a decent job as Nova. I've said this in a different thread but now that we know the TRUE origins of the Black Nova's, the whole mantel has changed for me. Spoilers for those haven't read the Original Sin tie in yet: Now that we know Black Novas are essentially evil Nova (being that their suits have zero limitations and must kill Gold Nova to enlist in the Black Corps), it gives Sam a completely different purpose now. The legacy of Richard Rider weighing down on Sam's shoulders is gone now. Now he has to create a new purpose for the corps he unwillingly belongs to and that is change their legacy from being power hungry, selfish, "cops" to something much more honorable. Because he is the LAST Nova and you don't want that legacy to be something so full of malice.

War Machine. It makes me feel weird when I see him as the Iron Patriot because it was originally meant for a villain...
