Plus people need to keep in mind that this is a stunt scene of Black Panther crawling up a wall and therefore is wearing a bigger suit with a harness attached so that the stuntman wont die. This is lacking any special effects or added CG or finalizing that will make it look much better in the film.

She drops her guard on the spin kicks. Needs to work on that. ;)

Another possibility is that during this prison riot Joker's doctor Dr. Quinzel is attacked and the Joker steps in and saves her. And maybe when Joker says in that scene "I'm not going to kill you, I am going to hurt you a lot." He is talking to one of the criminals who was hurting Harley.

With the story of Harley Quinn being shown in extreme and dark detail, how she wasn't just a woman Joker manipulated but a woman Joker tortured into becoming his follower, does this make her a tragic character now? More sympathetic and sad? A woman who developed Stockholm syndrome for her captor Joker? A battered woman who chose to stay with her abuser/attacker rather than fight to get away?

He will probably be changed because their story wont have Nazi stuff in it. He will probably be a terrorist like the way Hydra is portrayed now in the films. They keep mentioning they aren't Nazis just power hungry.

In the Ant-Man annual Hank is there and later Wasp mentions how they are treating it as if he were dead. And then there is a new Giant Man. So what happened?
