This is basically my ideal team of Earth 616/Cosmic based heroes. I'll add to the list as I decide on more.

One of my favorite characters (who doesn't get enough coverage). He is able to unleash an arc of unknown energy towards his foes so who's to say that he can't do more?

Basically, his willingness to do whatever is asked of him and his sacrifice during the Annihilation Conquest have cemented this characters place in my heart.

He has a big fucking sword. Nuff said.

One of my all time favorites. I've always found Namor to be something of a comic relief character (see the end of X-Men: Second Coming if you think I'm wrong) but he is also an incredibly powerful mutant.

After recently reading through 'War of Kings', I've grown to like this character. He would make a good battle partner for Tigra.

The fact that he could be the son of the Scarlet Witch means he may eventually have the ability to change reality around him. Giving him the upper hand against pretty much every enemy he encounters.

Just because he's been brilliant in everything I've ever read. I don't care if he's seen as a threat, he is truly a brilliant member of the Marvel Universe.

Namora is a feared warrior on both Earth and the outer reaches of space. Definitely needed on the team.

I've always preferred him to Iron Man. I don't know why. Maybe it's because he's not a dick?

One of the most exciting characters to come out of the Marvel Universe to date. One I want to see more of. Hence why he is recruited for the team.

Probably one of the first comic book characters I remember growing up as a child. I think she brings something exotic and primal to any team.

After his recent run around with Wolverine and Noh-Varr, this chap has rather quickly become one of my favorite badboys.

Even though his powers can cause undesires effects elsewhere. His 'Good Luck' would be helpfull against any earth devouring space collosus.
