NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

The only thing Routh did was imitate (BADLY i might add) Mr. Reeve. He's a Soap Opera actor not a big screen star!

Kill Brandon Routh,     Kill Brandon Routh,    Kill Brandon Routh,    Kill Brandon Routh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Or just ignore him when casting people for the next Superman flick!)

According to this obviously not-so-reliable tabloid report, the WB are working on a JLA movie without the World's Finest!

Here's the vid:

Honestly, I wouldn't mind if the Big two didn't show up in a JLA film... I'm almost tired of them always getting some screen time.

Does JL:Year One  sound good for a script? I wanna see STARRO on the big screen!!!

" I couldn't disagree with you more.  I'm a professional stage actor, and I think that you should always go outside of the script!!!  If your play or movie is based on a novel, you read the novel.  It really enhances your performance, and the audience can tell the difference.  You have a better hold on and understanding of your character.  Their motivations and general persona is much easier to understand.  If you are playing a character with a certain condition or feature, like shall we say, a hunchback (which I have done on several occasions), then you watch footage of a real hunchback.  You observe them.  That way, you learn to move, carry yourself, and look like a true hunchback.  The only people who stick to the script alone are ameuters and people who don't care about their craft.  In his first movie, Marlon Brando played a crippled veteran.  So before shooting began, he spent a month in a nursing home for crippled veterans.  He lived with them, refused to use his legs the whole time, and was treated exactly as the other patients were.  And we all know that Marlon Brando has since gone down in history as one of the best actors of all time... "
this. "
This x 2! I Could not agree more!

Saasgard is a Doosh. In his interview at the Comic Con conducted by another website He was all dismissive of the reporter. While Ryan and Blake were all smiles and cool.

Damn str8! Aquaman is a very powerful character, if handled correctly like Mr. Peter David did back in the 90's. He's the King of DCU Kings if you ask me.

Yes... even though I loved that show when I was a kid, if I ever needed a reason to hate the hell out of it, It'd be that exactly.

I whole-heartedly agree. Aquaman NEEDS and deserves a new retelling of his origin. I'd jump right out of my chair in glee if Johns and Reis handled it, but that's one helluva long shot!  But yeah, and SO or YO is totally necessary to weed out all the confusion about the king's origin.

To answer your question (kinda sad nobody else has answered...Aquaman's cool people! He's just been neglected for too long!)

The whole Aquasuit is out of continuity. It has been for quite some time now, but especially now, with Johns' BrightestDay version of Aquaman, which is basically taking Aquaman and setting him with the origin story and personality he had back in the silver age (i think it was the 70's if I'm not mistaken) loooong time before anything from Time and Tide, and the harpoon-hand Aquaman ever happened.

If you ever wanna check out those classical issues, i've got them scanned, saved on my comp. if you cant find them on the web!

Ego, I've read your reviews on supergirl books and they all coincide on one thing: It's a helluva good read!

So, as a guy who's never picked this book up, what would you suggest itd be a good starting point for me to get into it? 2, 3 or 4 issues back? (don't say start from issue 20 cuz thats just way too much to catch up on!!!)

:)
