Yeah i agree i do love elemental powers,it would be cool to transmute elements and what not,open portals etc..  IDK I just think the ring looks more pretty..like an emerald..i love stones especially diamonds...but not Emma lol "

yep both have transmutation powers and apparently the mjolnir can resurrect the recently dead but the ring is way more fashionable, the mjolnir is pretty bulky. lol, yeah emma is a bi**h. Though it would be a real shame to get a power ring and realize you don't have enough will do to most of the cool stuff. blah..

Storm is a non-factor. Ultimately Thor's mastery over the elements is absolute. There is nothing she could do to hinder him. 
In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Mjolnir could simply drain her of power completely and absorb the storm directly from her. 
 
Thor has mastery over energy manipulation and magnetism on a planetary scale. He has demonstrated this with Mjolnir. 
Although Magneto and Storm are extremely powerful in their own right ... they have no advantage over Thor .
