Sure I can see where you're coming from, and I try when at all possible to respect people regardless of their life choices and beliefs. However, when people have a particularly conflicting view on something (such as religion) It is hard for me to respect them. Personally I do not believe in god. I don't hate on people that do. That being said, I will be honest and say that I cannot hold people in high regard at least in the intelligence department if they don't make a whole hell of a lot of sense. Still, In most cases I will keep my mouth shut unless someone is open to debate it with me, which I rather enjoy :)

No, BUT, when my grandma was a librarian, Michael Douglass was the lawn boy at the school she worked at. His parents weren't around a lot, so one day she was giving him a ride home, and he asked my g-ma if she could make a cake for his b-day (she was kinda a local idol in the cooking department) but she was prego with my dad so she said no. Apparently, the woman who DID make a cake for him and her husband are now invited to his annual parties....true story
