After the blindness wore off Animist powered down changing into Kyle, "Dude it's like the guy has a teleporting Volvo." he strecthed out "So now that we know what's coming how do you suppose we train?"
thinking of his possible other selves, he couldn't help but think "What if in one world Chimera is the good guy and I'm the bad guy?" he added "That would make me look terrible." finally looking to this ripple in space he could only wonder "Think Nasa noticed, cause if they did it's gonna be a state of emergency, cults, and all the crazy crap." He sighed "Hey I'm gonna turn in for the night I'm getting sleepy, and my parents are probably worried that their superhero son is out past ten." he began to walk torwards his home waving as he ran.
"Question mark, question mark, exclamation point?" was what Kyle said terribly confused "DC-1, Marvel-616?" he thought about it for a second "Is that like a planet or something?"
He paced in a circle moving aimlessly until finally he stood still and said "Wait does that mean that we could have alternate versions of ourselves?" he rephrased "Like a future version of me, or an Anti-me?" he cringed at the thought of having to fight an evil anti version of himself.
Animist gulped those eyes usually meant she was dead serious an faliure to acknowledge would result in punishment ,"Yes my queen." was what he said before leaving the room to proceed with his own buisness.
"man i hate it when she does that" he said to himself while shuting the door behind him.
From the boiling lava where Kyle had been, something had been moving. With a new flash of power , surging energy and flames fired into a pillar like shape out of the lava stopping above it into a sphere of flame. The sphere exploded sending embers all around the area. From the lava beneath to the sky above four wings appeared each one sprouting feathers that blazed with a mystic flame.
With a bird like cry it unleashed it's power and calming down it folded its arms and levitated above the lava. It's golden eyes scanning the room for someone, The Phoneix had risen.
Suddenly and without warning Kyle turned and fell as the ground shoke violently. "What the hell was that!?" he stood and soon everything began to get hotter, Kyle began to sweat. Then thats when he saw it, The door they had entered began to glow and soon became liquid metal. As it gave way he saw lava flood into the room. Quickly pushing two zombies out the way he ran for Scott "Where are we gonna go?" he turned and ran for any sign of an exit only to find none. "damn it!" he yelled and soon the heat was getting to him, he was feeling dizzy and he took of his jacket for it was getting too hot. I need to transform again but to something that can take this heat and maybe fly. Just then the necklace sparked and fizzled out, Kyle felt like something came back to him but he couldn't find it. He tried to focus but the smell of now boiling, fried, burnt flesh surrounded him. "Oh man this is..." he was feeling weak. Finally it sparked again but only to have the lava flood over him. "Yes my queen, will that be all?" he said while scratching an itch that arose on his head. Standing back at attention he turned his head to Cryo "I suggest we begin right away and gather as many as we can or at least announce it."
He looked around the room he couldn't shake the feeling that this could be worse than he thought, Animist liked things quick and easy, nothing troublesome that took forever.
"As you wish my queen." Animist replied before bringing up another could be problem. "What if they are in here?" he then quickly added "I say a mandatory check of all people within the building and otside within a five mile radius, to insure our security while at the same time also doing the census."
Spawn all the way, God I want that armor. As long as i got my original body back in perfect condition and my face wasn't mangled and burnt I'd be fine. Or A Redeemer oh those guys are pwnage even though Spawn killed them both.
part of me wants to be a Spawn with the Redeemers wings, like a Wings of Redemption Spawn, but with the second evolved suit (black and white only), cause Ididn't really like the huge red spiked armor add on's they looked to heavy and awkward (well at least the giant boot thing)
