I sent off my first short story to the Writer's of the Future contest at the beginning of January, qualifying me for the first quarter. The rest of the first quarter submissions should be in by now and I hope to hear something about my story from them any day now. Hopefully in the near future, I will have my first published story.

Sandgnat Man and I submitted a story and it has fallen by the wayside. Because of this, we were unable to compete in the Feb contest, but we'll be ready for the next one.

I played my Cival War Event for Heroclix yesterday and found Captian America is slightly favored in the Heroclix side of things. My 300pt team consisted of:
Unique Iron Man from Armor Wars w/ Vendetta OR Exp Captain America from Armor Wars w/ Lucky Break (95)
Nanobots on one of the two above. (10)
Exp Spider-man from Sinister w/ Vault (80)
Rookie Ant-man from Supernova(48)
Rookie Tigra from Fant Forces (40)
Vet Paramedic from Explosion (12)
The only lose I really suffered was at the hands of an All Ant-man team who ran away after knocking out my Tigra. To lose to a turtle is really annoying.

I search for interesting phenomenon throughout the universe. I have been guided here by a clever hero known to a few as The Stupendous Sand-Gnat Guy, or something similar. Right now, my number one collection is Heroclix, but I have been following the Marvel Cival War and Ultimate Powers Limited Series. More to come...
