There are way more instances of killer whales attacking their trainers than the media has covered; and it's sickening to watch as SeaWorld and other marine parks repeatedly places blame on their own trainers for the killer whales attacking when it's clear the animals are acting out on psychological trauma from being placed in captivity.
I'll never think wild animals, intellectual or not, should be held in captivity. It's just not the way they're meant to live, and I don't see why humans believe we have a right to capture and contain them. Humans are only thrown in jail for committing crimes but countless animals are put behind bars just to make money.
