I'm a hugh batman fan but with only an hour of prep he loses to spidey who is just as smart if not smarter but most of spideys writers don't use it enough. Also why is death an option if morals are on since neither would kill or allow the other to die with morals on. So I say spider man 7/10

The cat back in action comics 109 superman was getting his butt handed to him by katseid and was only saved by jimmy Olson using catnip to get him drunk so they could brf him with a boom tube would post scans but on an iPad. If that cat could handle him so easily I see know reason why this one shouldn't.

I like Loki since he was one of the main reasons they came together in the comics but would love to see ultron if done right.
