Brian Michael Bendis is such a thoughtful and original writer. He loves his characters as I imagine a parent loves a child. Doesn't want to hold them back or imprint too much of themselves on a growing person, yet aware that the world is a dangerous place to discover life, love and power. Thank you, Mr. Bendis, if you are ever in Tulsa, Oklahoma the Chick-fil-a is on me.
I have heard a lot of great things about Kathy Kane. I liked Cassandra, but I guess she is MIA.
Youtube comic commentator TaraGeek, really talked this one up. So far I have enjoyed all her recommends.
I love the Damien Wayne character. I am interested in what he does to the Titans.
Bendis, you write it - I'll read it.
I did not pick up Batman and Robin #17 because it wasn't written by Grant Morrison. I am skeptical or snobbish, maybe both... at first.
I actually picked up #32, but comic vine doesn't have it available for list selection. Oh well. Fantastic series, Matt Fraction has done something special. Thank you, Matt.
A friend turned me on to a tiny little shop called Doomsday Clock Comics in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This a great store and the owner loves comics, there are no Magic the Gathering, Pokemon or DnD books, just comics and back issues. Since I will read anything Mark Millar writes and all the Back issues were there to catch me up I... Weak-Willed-Wednesday!!!
Yup...
Yup 1...
With the back issue additions of Ultimate New Ultimates #1 & #2 I am all caught up on Loeb's New Ultimates run. Thank you, Doomsday Clock Comics.
Saw this sitting all alone on a 50% off table. Bendis Maleev Stark = Thank yous!
