I live in Texas and I can't help but be angry that Texas, along with a lot of other states, aren't being used as much as the east and west coast in DC and Marvel comics. I'm not talking about cowboy characters like the Texas Twister either, I'm fed up anybody from Texas in comics either talking like some character from a John Wayne movie or looking like a character from a John Wayne movie. What other states would you like to see the big two showcase? Sorry about my little rant about Texas's portrayal in fiction.
Huh, never would have thought that they would use Morbius in a Spider-Man movie but I can't help think that his new title in the comics has some role in promoting him for the movie...Oh God, I'm going into conspiracy theorist mode. Anyway, I like it!
Well I think that the White Martians would be cool. Also, I think General Zod could be DC's Loki if they wanted to connect the Man of Steel movie with the other movies. I think Darkseid will be a cool baddie! Also, if the movie is successful they have to do a Tower of Babel movie, in my opinion.
Christian Bale did a great job as Bruce Wayne but made a terrible Batman. I think they should use Joseph, he's a good actor, he's young so the executives at WB will love that and that the Dark Knight Rises was the most comic booky yet. It had the batwing in the movie, Gotham City taken over by criminals and a organization of assassins, the city about to be blown up by a bomb and so on. A better question would be does Batman fit into the DC Universe? I think he does but it is obvious that the Batverse and the rest of DC are quite different. And lets face it, if you are a active user on this site and you have an account, you're going to go see the movie, whether or not Joseph is in it or not so don't say you won't see it.
